The product for the price is perfect no issues with assembly and so far seems to be a very good product. My issue is with the companies customer service. I have reached out several times regarding my issue with the damaged foot board that was sent. There is some sort of black stain in the lower left corner and what looks to be a dried blood stain on the upper right corner. There was no damage to to out shipping box and everything was bubble wrapped. These came packaged in large boxes so I am just looking to get the foot board replaced and have not been able to get this resolved.
