Super easy to install, took less than an hour with one person. The tools are included, but I suggest you use a hand drill with Allen key attachments to make your life a little easier. Bought this for my guest room, as you can see in the photo the new mattress is inflating. It is sturdy, and the wooden bars that go across the bottom come in two sets of velcro, sort of like little wiggly ladders, which was awesome because that means no need for screws or click in plates. Highly recommend.
