Very happy with this ottoman purchase. It was exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I would have changed is that I should have done a better job at color matching with my existing couch.
Good:
- Packaged very well and I received it with no damage. Parts came inside the bottom of the ottoman in a zippered section (see photo).
- Very easy to put together.
- High quality cloth material and parts.
- Top cushion super soft and comfortable.
- Sizing matched as advertised and looks like its photos.
Bad:
- Unable to remove outer cloth to clean.
- No storage.
