After opened the box and put everything together, I found out at the right side of the chair, the material was tore off. We already paid for the helper to bring the boxes inside the home and put all pieces together so Nothing We can do more than accepted the way it is but of course we dont like it. We are old person and may be not good for order on line. We Need to see and to touch it to believe it
