This is it. I did buy the 5 y ear extended warranty, although I was pleased to see that people are happy with the companys customer service. Love this chair and this is my third lift chair, because of a bad back, as soon as this kind came out we got one for me. I find the USB very convenient and keep my phone logged in all the time when near by or watching TV, the set of massages with lots of modes and intensities is very relaxing. My past chairs had maybe 4, you wont believe this one. Wonderful experience so far. My handyman and his son brought it in and had it set up in 10 minutes. I cant say enough good things . . .
