I bought this for my dad. We have had it about a couple of months now, and so far so good. No issues that required me calling support, thus, I cant say anything negative or positive on that aspect. Its not the highest quality I can tell, but for the price, I suppose you get what you pay for. Its still a few hundred dollars cheaper than the higher quality ones.
