The package arrived on time and the box was in great shape. So I was disappointed when unpacking the components to find 3 pieces with minor cosmetic damage (as shown in my pictures). The damage was strictly cosmetic, relatively small, and located in places that are not blatantly obvious so I opted to keep the chair rather than go through the inconvenience of returning it. It wasnt too difficult to assemble by myself and only took about 20 minutes, but would definitely be easier with two people when attaching the seat to the back. Once assembled, its a great piece of furniture. Its very comfortable and seems like a quality piece of furniture that looks and feels like a high end product. I would easily have given it 5 stars had it not been for the minor cosmetic damage.
