Im glad I waited to write my review until after my customer service experience because overall, Im quite satisfied with my experience with and this glider and ottoman set.
When I received the glider the only things I had to assemble were the glider and not the ottoman, which consisted of the chair back, arms and cushions. The right arm did not line up perfectly but you are able to line it up and screw it in with a little elbow grease. If youre decent at power tools those help but a screwdriver is perfectly sufficient.
I only ran into a problem when snapping in the cushions. I noticed in a handful of reviews that customers said the cushions wouldnt stay snapped. I experienced this as well but realized quickly that the snaps were bent on the glider, not the cushions themselves. So I contacted and all they had me do was take a photo of the model number sticker on the bottom of the glider and the damaged snaps. They sent me new snaps in less than a week and it was super simple to swap them out. Now my cushions are snapped securely!
So with a combination of quality of product and ease of customer service Im overall really happy with this set.
