Excellent customer service and value! Its not often to shop from such a value-priced company with 4 star service. They corrected a simple issue with a loose screw beautifully within the message system and were very responsive, once the defect was explained. The chairs were beautiful and comfortable and we must have just had a lemon set. Beautiful style and the fabric holds up to Arizona sun, which is more than any others weve had over the last 10 years here. Even after two monsoon dust storms with Arizona dust, they just spray clean and look new each time. We noticed the fabric still beads up after the history record heat (118 degrees) weve had this season. The ergonomic design is really nice and low profile.
