I rarely write reviews, but this was an expensive purchase for me, and it was a gift to boot. Was so excited to open the package and see the chairs, and the cushions. Pulled out the first chair, sat it up, as they come ready to use, no assembly required...and it looked great. Pulled out the second chair and rivets and washers were falling out of the chair. The brackets were broken and will not lock the legs for the chair to sit up right. Disappointed and embarrassed for my poor quality gift. Looked at doing a return, but I must pay the freight back so an additional loss of money with nothing to show. The fine print says to contact the seller, but ironically there is not a way to find their email address.
