I cant attest to the longevity of this. The install was okay, but I had to adapt the mounting hole by enlarging it and it was a standard sink. cant say whos fault that was, but this was a tight fit and so I had to dremel the stem hole a bit to get the faucet to seat properly. The mounting nut/sleeve is pretty cheap. its big, which makes it nice to install in tight locations, but in my case, I could not imagine mounting this faucet without the sink removed. which is how I mounted it.removed. If I were to do it again, I might replace the mounting nut with something a bit more burly. I could see the sleeve nut breaking if you put too much torque on it. The weight was a bit difficult to latch over the hose.just seemed out of tool. I had to use channel locks to get it on. Shouldnt be that hard I put anti/seize on the threads because the nut on my old sink was hard to remove. I think this is probably, overall, a good buy.but well see. 4 stars because of the install, nut and confidence level.
