I had put off replacing the kitchen faucet in the home we purchased for TWO years simply because Ive done this before in other homes we restored and its not even close to making my list of fun ways to spend a Saturday afternoon.
I am nearly gleeful! We rolled the dice, based on other folks reviews we decided to take a chance on this company I had never heard of, and one that offered a kitchen faucet WAY less than the Deltas out there. The well/packed box arrived overnight, (still not sure how that happens) and I took a good long look at the faucet inside. Hmm.sure, looks solid, seems well built but time will tell.
Saturday morning in an effort to get my wife to mow the yard.I cleared out under the kitchen sink and took a look. As they say on Instagram lets skip to the good part. I was in, out and drawing fresh clean water from my fantastic, sleek, black new faucet in UNDER 20 MINUTES! That included the removal of the old crappy unit.AND me spending extra time just relooking everything over convinced it couldnt be this easy.
Trust me.if a fat, 63 year old guy can do this.YOU can do this! Yes I have experience when plumbing and swapping fixtures in renos etc. but still.this was SO smooth I really expected something to be going wrong. The only tools I used were a couple of small crescent wrenches for the hook ups.everything else was a hand/on operation.
The faucet looks great, appears solidly built, the finish is a sleek and beautiful black that my wife swears is all the rage today. The water delivery is strong, the spray selection easy to manipulate and that little super turbo spray feature is I believe they say, the bomb. (or maybe they used to?) Anyway, yes.100 I recommend this thing. Push the order button already.
