Why not five stars Well, some of the screws had slight rust depsite the grease on them and the god awful stryofoam packing gets everywhere including all over the pieces you are putting together. Why folks use this instead of the air filled plastic bags I have no idea but Id be glad to pay an extra 1 or even 5. to avoid the mess this creates. Other than these minor issues, excellent purchase / just keep the vacuum handy.
