5 stars for customer service. The chair itself did not work as a desk chair. It leaned back rather than sitting upright / not sure if I just got a bad one or if its the design. At any rate, I contacted the seller and they worked things out for me. I really appreciate their efforts to make things right and would order from them again. The other chair I ordered (different style) was perfect for my needs.
