I rchased two of these chairs. One arrived in perfect condition but the other has loose on the seat along with some discoloration. I requested an exchange for the one defective chair but this has gotten messy. Ive received no instructions on returning the defective chair. I ordered a replacement but had to buy it at a higher price because it was no longer on sale and now this one has arrived defective as well. Im hoping that the company reads these reviews and reaches out. Id like to return the two defective chairs and get the one I need without defects at the original sale price. The one good chair Ive received is sturdy, comfortable to sit in and low profile. It was super easy to assemble. Hoping this issue can get resolved.
