I like the chair. Its super comfortable and the materials seems to be good quality, especially for the price. With that said, the chair that I received is missing a piece at the end of one of the legs (see pictures). The chair rocks pretty bad since its missing that piece. I called the company to see if they could just send me the missing piece. No one answered the phone and it went to voicemail. I left a message and so far, no return call. I wish I could have given this chair a 5/star review; however, with the missing piece and poor customer service, I just cant.
