Beautiful chairs but defective parts on many of them
First off, I love the look of these chairs. They are so beautiful and go perfect with my dining room table from Pier 1. They are super easy to t together as well (when the parts fit see below).
However, I ordered 4 sets (8 chairs total) and 3 were defective out of the 8 chairs. When I say defective, I mean the chair seat and chair back would not fit together; therefore, we could not t these chairs together.
ordered me 2 sets of replacements but I only received one set. When we tried tting together the chairs from the replacement set, again there was one completely defective chair and the other chair we were able to t together but not easily as the seat of the chair and chair back will not fit closely together (as pictured). The other chair that was completely defective had nails coming out from a portion of the chair (as pictured) and when we tried screwing in the chair back to the seat one of the screws would not fit into the hole. We would only be able to get the screw in so far because the screw would begin to screw sideways and not fit.
is sending another replacement hoping to have better luck on these next set of chairs.

We received 2 replacement orders (4 chairs). Only 1 chair was good out of Again, 2 chairs we could not t together because the seat was cut or t together wrong in such a way that the back of the chair will not fit on. The other chair that we could not use was because there is glue from a hot glue gun stuck to the .
Im very frustrated and disapponted at this point!

Received my 5th replacement set and FINALLY have 8 chairs that are not defective.
