Used like new has a stain front and center, did not arrive like new
I took a chance and ordered used like new assuming it would have been like new. I imagined someone ordered it and the size or color did not work in their space as they had hoped, so they returned it but in this case it seems someone returned it used/stained and there was hair on it too!
The storage ottoman itself is very nice, I like the fabric and size, but it has a big stain that someone apparently attempted to remove, front, top, center. The little legs are all scratched up also, but that is not as noticeable as the yucky stain. Now Im not sure what to do because, aside from the stain looking bad and dirty, I dont know what yucky stuff is on it. Of course, its a bigger item to have to struggle to return.
