Very easy to assemble. Supportive in a sitting position but a bit extra firm laying down; Nothing a pillow or topper can't fix. I was dissatisfied that the back is shorter than I thought, but it's not a deal breaker. I like the aesthetic and design most of all. Easy to lean back or put down as a futon bed.
