This is a good couch for an apartment or smaller space.
--Size: On the smaller side of couches. It's a bit shorter than I was expecting and the seat itself is a bit smaller (backrest-to front) as well.
--Comfort: While it's not a couch to sink into, it is comfortable. The armrests are very straight/uncomfortable to sit right next to (especially if you like leaning against them w/ your feet on the couch) so I'd recommend getting a couple throw pillows to add to the general comfort of the couch. I've taken a nap or two on it though haven't slept on it overnight. With it being on the smaller side, I'd definitely need to lay the back down to sleep on it longer than just a nap.
--Assembly: The couch comes in one piece with the cushions in a compartment under the seats and it's fairly easy to put together.
--Movability: The box this comes in is wicked heavy (123lbs) and needs a second/third pair of hands and/or a dolly to help move, especially up flights of stairs. Since the couch is in one piece, there's no sense in unboxing it on a ground floor and moving if doing it alone. Once together, it's fairly easy to move.
--Laydown: The laydown-ability of this couch is awesome. It does feel a bit flimsy when getting the mechanisms to lock back into place when putting it back up.
