The chair itself is comfortable and adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. The reason for the 4 stars however is because I feel the picture is sincerely misleading. It shows a bunch of hardware in the picture which I thought was included. When it was not I realized they wrote in the description that it only comes with a few pieces. Why would you post a picture with hardware that is not included?
