It took a while for it to arrive, but I expected longer shipping due to Covid. Once it showed up, it was like Christmas in my house. It took 15 minutes to assemble and all the pieces and tools were included, zipped in the couch. The color is beautiful. The fabric will hide any potential stains or kitty scratches. My 61 husband can lay flat armrest to armrest. The couch IS firm. We like it, its super comfy for us. And it has softened a bit from sitting on it. Theres also a 600lb weight limit so this thing is solid. Love it. 10/10 would recommend.
