Perfect for my teen granddaughter to sleep on for 2 weeks and makes a stylish statement in my spare room
I purchased this futon for use in my spare bedroom for my 13 year old granddaughters 2 week visit. She and I assembled it in less than 15 minutes! I placed a memory foam pad on top of it for sleeping purposes//covered with a basic fitted sheet. Honestly, she said it was perfectly comfortable the whole time (she is about 5 5 and 140 lbs). Now that she has gone home, I put the futon back to the sofa position and spend summer hours lounging on it with my small dogs, napping, or just reading (the futon is located in the coolest room in my too/sunny SoCal house). I cant see myself using this futon as a main couch, but it surely has far exceeded my expectations thus far. I consider the frame well made and covered with a substantial tweed/like fabric.all for a measly 159 dollars. As we say here in California: Im totally stoked!
