This. Was. GREAT! I had hip surgery in August and this was delivered to my first floor where I used this exclusively for 4 weeks straight since I was unable to walk.
Its very comfortable and the positioning of the head was great. I can sit up during the day and lay it flat during the night.
I do wish, though, that it was a bit longer (I am 5 10 and my feet dangled a bit). Overall it was pretty great to have.
