For the price, were really happy with this (and the matching futon). Its a firm foam cushion, sturdy legs, and a nice clean design. The only reason I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because of the compartment they cut out of the cushion to store the hardware. It does leave an area of the cushion where you can feel a difference. Its not a deal breaker, but I dont see why they cant just include the hardware separately without compromising the product.
