At this price its a steal! While this is not something I would add to a living room, for student dorms, dens and sunrooms, its perfect.
Its quite a firm seat. Im not sure how long the fabric would last, but I have thrown a very large sheepskin over it which solves both issues.
Assembly is very easy. Its mostly fully assembled pre/shipping so just the legs need to be attached. Stowing the legs and hardware under the chaise in a zippered compartment is a great idea.
