I had to knock off a star due to this futon being squeaky. I use it in the living room primarily folded up like a couch and every movement causes a squeak sound. Not from the leatherlike material but from the interior. Other than the distracting squeak sound it is just as described. Easy to switch from bed to couch mode. And quick to put together.
