Im 51 and rent a small room and this futon is perfect for me and my small cat. It was easy to assemble and works with ease. Honestly most of the time I dont open it up as a bed. I fall asleep on it as a couch (I work and go to school so Im dead tired). Its truly comfortable. Loved the price and how its small enough for me!
