The Grey Velvet Futon arrived faster than expectedI thought the futon was going to be damaged based on how careless the warehouse was with my 200 item. The packaging was destroyed and the futon was exposedluckily it was ok. Due to this, its the main reason for the 4 stars. The futon looks nice, wish it was less firm. Hopefully it lasts and I dont feel springs in a few months.
