Its by a window facing southwest and turned out to be an inviting, cozy spot to read or reflect. Plus, in that small guest room, it provides an alternative place to sit other than the bed. Pulled out, it converts to a twin size bed. It folds out easily and smoothly. Im really impressed with the mattress. The foam makes it the most comfortable convertible bed Ive ever tried. As an accent piece to provide comfortable seating and an occasional bed, I would readily recommend Brittany Sleeper Sofa.
