Product arrived, early, in great condition and full packaging intact. I was able to unpack and assemble the couch in a little over an hour with the tools provided. Very simple setup, they even provide the tools. I ran into an issue propping the back cushions back into an upright position and contacted the customer support phone number included in the packaging. Took less than three minutes to have a (very nice) CSR assist -- FYI: If you are unable to set the back cushions into an upright position, lift the back section (where the two cushions connect) from the middle and push upright until you hear two clicks. Done and done.
The color and quality are just great -- definitely in love with this futon. I actually want to buy another now. The material seems pretty pet-friendly as well, my Yorkie roomie immediately took the couch, called dibs on the left section.
