The packaging is very huge, almost the size of a kitchen fridge, and make sure you have a friend or two to help you bring it inside. The only thing that is a turn off for this futon is when you sit down on it , it is too rigid and it would have been nice if the back rest was further back from the couch cushion. Other than that gripe, it is a good futon for small places .
