After reading many reviews I decided to order and I do not regret it. I feel like all the nay-sayers are expecting a lot from a futon that comes in a box. If you want an exceptional couch, go to a furniture store. If you want an exceptional piece of furniture for cheap, buy this. Assembly was very easy and the packaging was genius. Read many reviews about it being too small, cheap looking or too hard. I went with my gut and it paid off. I like a firm sofa and you get your moneys worth for a cool $290. Its a great height and way longer than I expected. I could lay comfortably between the arms and Im 58. It looks so sleek and the color is great. Also I have a black lab who sheds like a mother and a quick pass with the lint roller cleans the hair right up. Much better than a microfiber where Id need a rug rake to get the job done.
