Couch can sooner than expected. It is firm but I dont mind that. It has some bounce to it. At first I thought the arm rests were missing in the box but they were zipped underneath the main cushions. It was super compact out of the box. The fabric is lovely- car hair rolls right off with a lint roller. It is just a super chic piece, easy on the eyes and reasonably priced. I chose the installment option which is a nice thing to offer. The back cushions easily click down for futon function. Id buy two if I had the space!
