Love this futon! Its firm, but its a great couch for a room you might not sit in as often. We got this for our living room where we dont have the TV, so it wont be used as much but it looks great. Its not that its unsittable (thats not a word), but it isnt as comfortable as other couches weve had. Love that it goes down to a bed too! It did come with a rip, which is annoying but we can hide it with a throw blanket. Assembly was easy! Im glad we bought this.
