Revised review / I originally only received the staircase box, and was quick to confirm that UPS didnt have any outstanding orders / and quickly issued a replacement. My bed did show up and was very accommodating to get the additional returned. Bed takes some work to put together but its sturdy and safe. I have a 3 and 6yr old and although my 3yr old is supposed to be on the bottom / every morning shes bed sharing top bunk. I assembled the staircase by myself but def recommend it being a two person job. Great price and good quality.
