Weve had this for my daughter for less than 2 years. Overall it looks good, are cheap with a plastic bottom and the platform area is several inches bigger than a standard twin mattress so there is a large exposed area of the slats. My biggest complaint is that the center beam that the slats go into is already bent from a 13 year old child and her dog. It now squeaks and is not working correctly.
