The first one I got had a hole in the top of the headboard and fingerprints all over it. They definitely dont wear gloves when touching a white p bed they are putting together and the hole got in it before they put plastic wrap around it because there was no hole in the plastic wrap.
Called they had a new one shipped out the next day and scheduled a pick up of the damaged one. All in all very happy with the end result and it is definitely worth it for the price even with the hastle.
