Our 14year old had a huge over night growth spurt, he is now 6 1 in height. His younger brother, who is 9 years old, shared a wooden regular twin size bunk bed, that was starting to fall apart. So we did our research and found that had the better solution, a bottom Queen bed with a XL twin on top, bunkbed. Not only did it came on time, but reasonably priced, and easy to assemble.
