Comes assembled except for the screw in legs. Minus one star for not having the support screws for the feet. Luckily I have lots at home. Very sturdy, slides easily over hard wood floors without scratching. Lid opens nicely and is on a delay when closing so it doesn't chop off your fingers. Large storage area with a lining in black.
