Damaged in box, poor boxing, good luck contacting them
To be fair and clear, this item was easy to assemble, and the instructions were quite clear.
On to the rest:
The box it arrived in was less than solid as the ends were almost blown out. A bit of added staples or tape on the triple walled box would have been a great benefit.
The top was damaged on three of the four corners. Unlike most boxed furniture, the instructions for replacement parts are God awful for anything purchased off of . You need an original receipt and only from accepted sellers ... that being said, good luck.
If it weren't for the fact that I was building this with my 11-year-old daughter for her birthday and she just wanted it together, I would have raised an all-mighty hell to get rid of this. She was accepting of it because it was the first piece of furniture that she helped put together and just wanted to get it up to her room.
So, in short, if you don't mind buying something that may or may not arrive heavily damaged with an almost impossible way to replace parts, then this is for you. For the rest, just keep looking and go a different route.
