Bought this for my living room. Looks nice. Instructions were not presented in order so I skipped steps and had to take it apart to correct. The springs were very difficult to place. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS TO ASSEMBLE. Overall the tabletop is easy to lift but more like a launch and not easy to put back down as you have to hold the table to keep it from sliding across the floor
