It fits perfect in a 600 sq foot apartment and also leaves much room in the living room for other things. The extra storage is a wonderful plus and I eat on the lift up top all time, so convenient! Just dont try to lift up and put back down the top with only one hand or everything on it will fall lol. Also Ive been able to lift up the top with two full dinner plates, two full glasses of water, and a candle and its been very sturdy and strong with everything Ive put it through so far. I had my dad and family assemble it and he said there was a missing hole in one of the boards but hes very handy and we had a bag of his power tools here so it wasnt a problem.
