For safety reasons, I originally thought there would be more padding on the edges of this trampoline, but the padding was very thin. My child hit both sides several times, but it didn't provide the protection I hoped for. I am concerned about the lack of buffering, especially for a product designed specifically for young children. I think it will be safer.
