I purchased these kitchen stools and love them. They were pretty easy to put together too. I was very disappointed to find out after I assembled them that 2 of the rectangle inserts for the legs were missing. I emailed the company immediately, but still have received no response. To purchase these would cost me another $14.99 for a package of 36! I need 2! Now if I use them, they will scratch my floor. I am going to the company via email again.
