This is my first time ordering furniture off , very satisfied. First, the bed shipped an entire week earlier than it was supposed to! It came in tack, sure the box had a little hole in it but overall it was fine. The instructions were very easy to follow, comes with all the tools needed for assembly. I was able to put it together myself, super easy. Love it!!! Looks aming!!! You wont be dissatisfied
