We got this product and the box and product inside was broken. It was clear that they did not handle with care at all. I emailed the company and sent photos! They immediately got back to me and sent me a new one. Unfortunately, the new one easily broke, so we had to go with another option. The material is thin, so I wouldnt use it for anything heavy. But I appreciated the customer service so much. Their attention was greatly appreciated.
