The company has shipped a new trampoline. We have not yet put it together as we first have to take apart the faulty one and dispose of it.So far, I am pleased with the customer service.
We put this together using the instructions provided and this is the result. We took it apart and put it together a second time with the same results. Very frustrating as this is not an inexpensive purchase.
