Its a good bed for the price. Took my parents about a hour to put together. Its sturdy enough for a 4 year old, but I wouldnt trust it to hold anyone over 130lbs
My daughter also has to duck to walk under it. Which isnt a big deal, but looks a little awkward and Im a bit afraid of her hitting her face on the rail if she isnt paying attention This is awesome!
