The product arrived well packaged and without any damage. The texture of the chairs is very soft and seems like it will be easy to clean. The color of the chairs is beautiful and accurate to the listing. It came with four individual bags of the assembly parts for each chair which, while overkill, is a wonderful change to how often products come missing vital elements such as screws and washers. The assembly took me a minute or two for each chair and was as simple as one two three on the parts required.
I cant speak for longevity as Ive just received them, but the initial impression is a positive.
